Project Summary
Robert A. Welch Hall, constructed in 1929 and expanded in 1961 and 1978, is comprised of approximately 439,500 GSF across six stories.
With this renovation, a state of the art facility will be created in order for College of Natural Sciences to support current research needs, provide for research expansion and improve space utilization, maintain and enhance existing undergraduate and graduate degree programs, retain existing faculty, and serve as a recruitment incentive.
